Mr L of Sunbury required a complete roof and gutter replacement in Melbourne for his home, and we were more than happy to assist. The project involved:

• Safety First – We started by supplying and installing safety rails around the entire perimeter of the dwelling to create a secure work environment for our team.
• Efficient Removal – Old roof sheets and flashings were carefully removed from the site using a skip bin, while all other debris was also cleared to maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Structural Preparation – Before installing the new materials, we re-levelled the roof as required to ensure a flush and seamless finish for the new roof sheets.
• Upgraded Roof Battens – We supplied and installed high-quality 40mm roof battens made from durable .42mm gauge steel for enhanced structural integrity.
• Improved Insulation – To enhance energy efficiency and temperature control, we installed 50mm blanket insulation with an R1.3 rating.
• New Roof Installation – The home was fitted with brand-new corrugated sheets made from .42mm gauge steel, secured using premium Roof Tek 12x50mm metal batten screws.
• Quality Flashings and Cappings – We installed roll-top ridge cappings from .55mm gauge steel, ensuring a weather-tight and polished finish. Flashings were also added to the chimney for added protection.
• Penetration Sealing – All roof penetrations were sealed using high-quality dektite covers to prevent leaks and improve durability.
• New Gutters and Downpipes – We installed brand-new Colorbond gutters and downpipes, ensuring efficient water drainage and a sleek, modern appearance.
• Final Touches – Once the installation was complete, we meticulously cleaned the site, leaving it in immaculate condition—just as we found it.
• Customer Walkthrough – Before concluding the project, we conducted a thorough walkthrough with the homeowner to ensure they were 100% satisfied with the work.
