1. Services Offered: Roof Resto provides roof restoration and repair services including but not limited to installations, repairs, maintenance, and consultations.

2. Scope of Work: Our roof tradesmen will perform services as agreed upon with the customer. Any additional work required will be communicated and agreed upon before commencement.

3. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, cheque, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments. Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe are subject to late fees.

4. Estimates: Estimates provided by Roof Resto are based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to change upon further inspection or discovery of additional issues.

5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a warranty on services rendered. Please refer to specific warranty terms provided upon completion of the job.

7. Liability: Roof Resto is not liable for any damages resulting from the customer’s misuse or negligence following the completion of services. We are also not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages.

8. Safety: Our roof tradesmen adhere to strict safety protocols while performing services. Customers are required to ensure a safe working environment and provide necessary access to the roofing areas.

9. Access: Customers are responsible for providing access to the property and roofing areas at the agreed-upon service times. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees.

10. Privacy: We respect the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Compliance: Roof Resto complies with all local, state, and federal regulations governing plumbing services and maintains appropriate licenses and certifications.

12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or concerns regarding services provided by Roof Resto should be addressed promptly to reach an amicable resolution.

13. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated or modified from time to time. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing.

14. Promotion code and discount: Please be advised that only one promotion, discount, or savings code can be redeemed per transaction. Terms and Conditions for $3000 Cash Back Offer.

1. Eligibility:
  • The cash back offer applies to roofing projects contracted with Roof Resto that are estimated to be completed within one week from the start date and have a total value of less than $5000.

2. Timeframe:
  • The one-week timeframe begins from the agreed-upon start date of the roofing project and only applies to business days. No allowance is made for public holidays, weekends, or delays caused by clients.

3. Eligible Projects:
  • The cash back offer applies only to roofing projects with a total estimated cost of less than $5000, as determined by Roof Resto.

4. Exclusions:
  • The cash back offer does not apply to costs associated with scaffold erection, safety rails installation, leak detection works, or fixing leaking roofs.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, material shortages, third-party delays (e.g., suppliers), or any circumstances beyond the control of Roof Resto are not eligible for the cash back offer.

5. Additional Considerations:
  • Costs related to the removal of debris or waste materials from the site are not covered under the cash back offer.
  • Any additional services or materials requested by the client beyond the original scope of work are excluded from the cash back offer and will be subject to separate pricing.

6. Claim Process:
  • In the event that the roofing project exceeds the one-week timeframe, and the project cost is less than $5000, the client must submit a formal claim for the $3000 cash back offer to Roof Resto via email.

7. Evaluation and Disbursement:
  • Upon receiving the claim, Roof Resto will evaluate the circumstances surrounding the delay to determine eligibility for the cash back offer.
  • If the delay is deemed valid and attributable to Roof Resto, and the project cost is less than $5000, the client will receive a cash back payment of $3000 within 30 days of claim approval.

8. Limitations:
  • The cash back offer is limited to projects with a total estimated cost of less than $5000 and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
  • If the client chooses to cancel the roofing project due to the delay, they forfeit eligibility for the cash back offer.

9. Amendments:
  • Roof Resto reserves the right to amend or terminate the cash back offer at any time without prior notice.

10. General Conditions:
  • Participation in the cash back offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Roof Resto reserves the right to withhold the cash back offer if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the claim is fraudulent or misleading.
